Learning Process


Health and fitness definitely is a learning experience!

You learn what you enjoy doing.
You learn what you do not enjoy doing.

You learn how your body reacts to certain  types of workouts and foods.

You learn how to incorporate fitness and healthy eating into your life.

You learn how being active and healthy make you feel.

And the list can go on and on - it's a learning process.  

And during that learning, sometimes it's a great day while others not so much! That is where the learning is most important.  

On those bad days, see if you can find a trigger for whatever caused the struggle and then find a way to change that!
