TRAINING PLANS

As a runner, I know that I need to do more than just run!  Cross training is super important too!  Your body needs a break from all that pounding on the pavement or treadmill.  

Not only do you need the endurance for running, but you need strong muscles, particularly in your core and your legs.  You also need good flexibility.

I know when I am training for a race, my body cannot handle running 5-6 days a week, so I keep my fitness up with my cross training.  

Being that I LOVE LOVE LOVE my Beachbody programs, I have created some training schedules that incorporate different programs. 


Focus T25 Gamma workouts use interval training to work literally EVERY muscle in your body. It's designed to burn more fat, and help you carve lean, strong muscles, fast! You will need weights or a resistance band for these workouts.
