You CAN do it too

I want you to know that you can do it too!
We all have the same 24 hours in a day, we are all busy, we are all pulled in a bazillion directions each day, yet that does not mean you should neglect yourself and your health.
I don't always love getting up in the 4:00 hour to workout, but I do it!
* I do it because I am important!
* I do it because I love myself!
* I do it because I know how it makes me feel!
* I do it because I know it makes me a better mom, teacher, wife, coach!
* I do it because I matter!
* I do it because I know if I don't do it first thing in the morning, I might not get it done later - due to time, other commitments, excuses - yes excuses, the list goes on!
* I do it because I have made myself a priority!

And when I don't want to do it, I remind myself of those things! If you struggle too, make a list like this and post it somewhere you see daily! Keep working towards those health and fitness goals!
