My Heart is FULL

Y'all I cannot tell you how full my heart is right now! God sure does have a way of giving you what you need when you need it!   

I had two challengers/coaches rock me to my core this week with their updates about the changes they have made in their lives!  I cannot tell you how proud I am of these ladies - they both literally had me in tears - happy ones, of course, and I know that this is just the beginning of their stories! I cannot wait to follow the rest of their journey!

And then a challenger posted this picture and update!

I just LOVE doing what I do every day and these stories just show a little glimpse into the changes that are being made in these women's lives.  

It's Time To Take ACTION

I'm not sure I can put this past weekend into words! It was the opportunity of a lifetime to be invited to the New Leaders Conference with Beachbody. I am truly blessed and honored to have been a part of it!

I'm also looking forward to what the future holds! Now is the time to take ACTION!

It's time to take what I learned and act on them! But before I can do that, I need to remember why I started this journey!

This a started with a decision to get my body back after having kids.  A decision to take care of myself so I could better take care of others!

I had no idea that decision would take me to where I am today and have the potential to create the life I have always dreamed of living!

I am excited for what the future holds and to start taking ACTION!
